Yoga – Mixed Ability
Yoga - Mixed Ability
Want to improve balance control, fitness, and your flexibility?
Mixed ability is a perfect class for those with some experience, wishing to fully enjoy yoga’s impact on the body and mind. Gentle opening stretches will develop your flexibility before we move into strengthening, flowing sequences and soothing rest. Options and modifications will be offered throughout to ensure that you can practise in a way that works for you. Please note this class is not suitable for beginners.
It is advisable to eat only lightly two hours before class.
Your Tutor: Beccy Watkinson
Beccy is a certified Yoga Alliance advanced teacher with over 900hrs of training and 20 years of experience on the mat. With a special interest in making yoga accessible, she teaches in a way that recognises that our bodies are as unique as our lives and there is no one “best way” to practice or make progress. She is a strong believer in adapting the practice to find what works best for your body in the moment, but you can still expect to feel challenged, uplifted and energised in her classes.
