Yoga - Late

Want to improve balance control, fitness, and your flexibility?

Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness. We offer two separate sessions to cater for learners’ needs. The earlier class (17.55) is for beginners and mixed abilities. The
later class (19.15) is for mixed abilities but is more advanced than the earlier class. The later class will start with a short ‘settling in’, a warm up, practising sun salutations (or a
variation). Some poses will be linked together to create a gentle / mindful ‘flow’ (Vinyasaflow), which supports building up strength and flexibility in the body. The later class will develop the
Vinyasflow further than the early class. Both classes will end with a relaxation. It is advisable to eat only lightly two hours before class.
