Quick and Easy Italian Cookery

If you love Italian food, and would like to learn how to prepare quick and easy dishes the Italian way, this course is for you!

This class will be both fun and easy as you learn some delicious, quick and simple Italian dishes. The menu includes:  green tagliatelle with tomato sauce, taralli pugliesi with origano and spicy peppers (like crackers), tiramisu, ravioli with meat, spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino, Apple strudel.

Maria Luisa will match the food you produce with her favourite Italian wines, and, as you cook, she will make you fall in love with the traditions and stories of her home country.

Each week at least two dishes will be explained and demonstrated by Maria Luisa, then you will be able to prepare the dishes with the tutor’s support.

‘Mangiare Bene’ is at the heart of Italian culture and you will definitely ‘Eat Well’ following these classes.
