Would you like to draft your own dressmaking patterns which will fit you perfectly? Then this course will teach you the skills required
A basic knowledge of sewing is an advantage to gain full benefit from this course. You will be taught through a mix of individual help from the tutor and demonstrations.
You will be taught to draft a perfectly fitting block pattern to your own measurements, which you can use in the future to create your own garments.
All style lines are taught in the first year, including collars, yokes, princess line, raglan, dolman sleeves, skirt lines and pleats (this is taught over three terms starting in September).
