Join our dressmaking course and develop the skills needed to create your own clothing in a friendly and supportive environment.

Designed for intermediate dressmakers, this practical and creative course will help you build knowledge and develop a range of dressmaking techniques. You will learn how to use commercial patterns, fit garments, and apply a variety of sewing and dressmaking skills to create high-quality finished pieces.

From cutting patterns and stitching seams to sizing pockets and adding professional finishing touches, each session provides hands-on experience and guidance. Classes are relaxed, social, and inspiring, offering the opportunity to meet like-minded people, share ideas, and gain confidence as you develop your dressmaking skills.


Your Tutor: Yolandie Swan

This course is led by Yolandie Swan, a talented and enthusiastic sewing tutor with over six years of teaching experience. Her warm and encouraging approach helps learners develop confidence and creativity while refining their practical skills.

Yolandie is passionate about sewing and enjoys supporting students as they bring their ideas to life. Whether you are developing existing skills or tackling more advanced projects, she aims to make every session enjoyable, rewarding, and inspiring.
