Curry Delicious

Welcome to my Indian Cookery course ‘ Curry Delicious’.

Indian cooking is as diverse as the continent itself! Indian food is very popular and healthy as we use all ingredients as they have some medical benefits. There is no ‘Curry Powder’ in my menu. Come and learn with practical experience how and when to use the spices to achieve the home cooked subtle flavours to suit to your taste. Recipes can be adopted for vegetarians, vegan and special diets.

The menu will include a selection of dishes: Rice with spices, Chicken Vindaloo – not too HOT! Some Indian breads, Lentil dishes, Lamb Dhansak, Peshwari naan and Yoghurt dishes.

Your Tutor: Rama Ram
Rama comes from southern India and has been living in Great Britain for the last 50 years.  Rama’s authentic cookery skills were learnt from her mother and are based on healthy and
tasty home-cooking. Having taught Indian Cookery for many years in and around Cambridge, Rama has also written 3 books and is a frequent guest speaker at many Women’s Institutes.
